Return Policy

We will accept returns on any of the wall beds sets we sell within a 30-day period from time of receipt, less a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer as well as repackaging the product in a safe and acceptable manner. Once the returned product is received by us and inspected for damage, a credit will be issued for the amount of purchase less 20% and less the cost of any damage, if any. Credit will be applied back to the customer in the same form of payment made during the purchase of the product (for example, a credit refund or check) within 3 business days of receipt. Prior to returning any product, please contact us for a return authorization by phone at 646-637-4356 email at service@murphybedus.com. After return authorization, Murphy Bed US can aid in purchasing shipping and scheduling a pickup of the product.
We cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been uncompressed as there would be no way to re-package and return the mattress, however we do accept mattresses for returns that have not been uncompressed.
Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of the original order for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 72 hours, but before the bed ships, will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after the bed DELIVERED will be charged a 30% restocking fee and return shipping charges. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
